Unlike our competitors, we have dedicated offices in Michigan’s capital and its largest city. Dr. Oscar King III leads our Detroit practice. Dr. King is an active clergyman and a Past President of the influential Council of Baptist Ministers. He is an architect by training with a background in land development.

Bringing Lansing & Detroit Together

The Detroit Practice Group allows us to better serve our Southeast Michigan-based clients and to work more closely with the influential Detroit delegation in the Legislature. We also help clients navigate the maze of city and county government on licensing, procurement real estate, and regulatory matters. Helping clients comply with local preference ordinances is also a major focus.
